Is there a type of Fashion Designer where...?

I'm 13 and I wanna become a fashion designer when I grow up forgive me if I don't know but is therer a type of fashion designer that takes top,skirts,jewellwery etc. from other commpanys and makes her own oufit with it or get it from the company you work with and makke one whole outfit if so how do u become that type of fashion designer?? 1. Well to become a fashion designer you have to have creative ideas, and good perspective, a lot of famous designer like Giorgio Armani, Valentino, Kenneth Cole, Calvin Klein etc.
