Is stardoll free?

okay if i wanna dress a stardoll do i have to pay any money? is it free?i don't wanna make a stardoll i wanna dress one. i don't know how to explain this question very much but do i have to pay for anything at stardoll?

2. no u dont have 2 buy anything for stardoll if u just want to dress up dolls and print them but if ur a member u need to buy star dollars with real money 2 buy stuff for ur stardoll but if ur just going for fun dont worry u dont have 2 pay
