my stardoll account got hacked?

this is very upsetting, because i just added on a prepaid card of $15 i have emailed the stardoll ataff twice already, and still no answer, i am very upset, and im now grounded and have to pay back my mom. please help me! is there anything i can do, i no that stardoll can email u a password on the email that u signed up with, but the hacker changed my password! i had to make a whole new account, ILuvNickJonas87. but i dont want to actually go on it because the account isnt superstar and i just feel so depressed. i had my hacked account (*LV_Rich_Girl*) for over 2 yrs, with hotbuys and other fun stuff like that, also if u have a stardoll, can u please sign the guesbook, and maybe yell at the hacker a little thanks a bunch. plz tell me if ther is anything else i can do ur time is greatly appriciated xoxo kaitlyn i didnt change my password and forget because the hacker erased my presentation, and changed my medoll, and bought all new clothes, trust me im not going crazy cause this happened while i was at freshman orrientation
