1. I don't know a thing about stardoll.com so I can't answer your question. But I went to your link and saw there was a Help button at the top of the screen. When I clicked on it, it gave me a lot of topics to choose from. In the right hand column at the bottom was a section on starpoints. Maybe this will tell you what you need to know.
