How do you send a broadcast message thing in stardoll?

Im a superstar and i have more then 5 stardollars and everytime i press send message it always brings me to the home page. HELP ME and my stardoll is princesshot97 check it out

1. well you click on the bar then it will ask you if you want to or not then you type the message then you click send there you go :]] i hope i helped and i am swimmerstar11 on stardoll
