Is "www.stardoll.com" down?

Everytime today in the past few hours I've been trying to get on stardoll.com. It says that the site is being updated, and to try back in a few minutes. It's been a few hours, and thats not common. Is it just my computer, or is it down? I guess its just my computer. I wonder why? It still says its down. I might check later, but I won't be able to check tomorrow. Oh well. Thanks guys.
